test(08-10): fix attribute.perf.ts BaseHeroModifier import for E4

- attribute.perf.ts imported BaseHeroModifier from ../attribute (not exported); align to ../modifier like attribute.test.ts

- pnpm test:perf now collects 6 files / 54 passed / 0 failed
