- state that renaming any OI-1/OI-2/OI-3 identifier requires plan revision first
(structure gate asserts isAuxiliaryKey, MODE gate asserts isPendingDue)
- pin IHotkeyPending field types: command is an IHotkeyCommand reference,
last/fired explicit 0 at enqueue, no context; align enqueue literals in both tasks
- restrict prettier to the 5 TS files; never pass logger.json / package.json / pnpm-lock.yaml
- run the scope gate before Task 1 commit as well
- assert the 2 known legacy diagnostics in the type gate (anti false-green)
- add HotkeyListener type alias and extra test cases (when false, empty combo,
getCommand null, setKeys negative/non-integer)
- exempt pre-existing user WIP src/client/misc/ in the scope allowlist
